Terms and Conditions

Payment Policy:

All private and group lessons require a monthly commitment (training either once or twice a week). The payments for these lessons are recurring, meaning you will automatically be billed every month. To discontinue training into the next month, simply email eliteairbball@gmail.com or talk to the trainer at least 1 week before the next billing cycle.

Long-Term Discounts:

Should you seek to commit to training for 3 or more months, your in-full payment will be discounted. Please speak to the trainer if you intend to set up a long-term schedule.

Refund Policy - Lessons:

There are no refunds if your child misses private or group lessons or discontinues with lessons prior to the month’s end. However, all missed lessons can be rescheduled upon request.

Cancellation/Missed Lessons:

If your child is not able to attend a lesson for any reason, you may work with the trainer to reschedule.

Refund Policy - Camps & Clinics:

Camps & Clinics have make-up dates in case of inclement weather, with the potential for indoor court availability. In general, if your child is unable or decides not to attend the entirety of a camp or clinic and you let the trainer know before the session commences, you will be refunded. If you do not inform the trainer that your child will not be participating and the session has commenced, you will not be refunded.
